At Redemption Roasters, our mission is to reduce reoffending by training people in prison and supporting them into work in our coffee shops on release. We’re looking for a full-time Assistant Shop Manager for our Piccadilly coffee shop. You’ll help lead a team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and play a massive, front-line role in delivering our social mission.
What we’re looking for:

- Dependable Support: Acts as a reliable backup for the Coffee Shop Manager.
