This is a commercially minded, customer-first organisation with a strong focus on supporting SMEs across the UK.

In this key role, you’ll be the voice of the customer, nurturing relationships, gathering meaningful feedback through surveys, forums, and direct engagement, and bringing both quantitative and qualitative data to life. You’ll drive insight-led stories straight to senior leadership, helping shape customer experience, strategy, and future growth.

We need someone with solid B2B insight experience, who understands the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises, and who can turn customer feedback into real business action. You will be comfortable designing surveys, running focus groups, analysing data and presenting your findings to the Senior Leadership Team with real impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years' experience in customer insight roles, ideally within B2B markets.
  • Strong commercial mindset, able to connect insight to business growth.
  • A confident communicator, comfortable engaging directly with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, able to drive action from data.
  • Based within commuting distance of Oxfordshire - hybrid working (2–3 days in office).
