Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning and delivery across verticals, ensuring quality and continuous improvement of our IT architecture.

Skills/Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant professional certification.
  • Proven experience leading a team of Business Analysts.
  • ETRM Experience.
  • Extensive experience in managing change within the energy sector, particularly across the deal lifecycle.
  • Proven expertise in business analysis within the energy industry, with a strong background in managing complex change initiatives in Agile environments.
  • Strong risk and issue management skills, with experience as an escalation point for functional requirements.
  • Leadership experience in managing BA teams and driving change initiatives.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching business analysts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
