A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a thriving and forward-thinking legal team. This role has come about due to ongoing growth within the department and offers the chance to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. With a strong presence across five office locations, this position will be primarily based in Coventry , with the opportunity to work across multiple sites as part of a wider, well-connected team.

The Role:

1. Handling a broad range of civil and commercial dispute resolution matters
2. Delivering high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
3. Managing cases independently while contributing to team targets
4. Using the firm\’s case management systems efficiently
5. Supporting business development and networking initiatives alongside the Business Development Director
6. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal quality standards

The Candidate:

1. A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in dispute resolution
2. A team player with strong communication and client care skills
3. Excellent knowledge of litigation
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
