Role Overview As Project Director – M&E, you will lead the delivery of high-value developments, overseeing every aspect of the M&E scope from concept to completion. You will take full responsibility for programme performance, financial control, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will play a strategic role in both project execution and broader business development. Key Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership across major M&E packages on high-profile developments. * Oversee project finances, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals and delivering robust cost control. * Drive day-to-day operational success and ensure overall progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards. * Maintain regular communication with the executive team, delivering clear and accurate progress reporting. * Contribute to wider business development initiatives and support the leadership team in growing the company’s project pipeline and market presence. What We’re Looking For * A seasoned Project Director with a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background. * Proven track record delivering major construction projects with values exceeding £50 million. * Experience managing full project lifecycles, from tender through to final handover. * Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, multidisciplinary project teams. * Commercially astute, with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
