What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of approx. 60–100 conveyancing files, depending on experience
- Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent service from instruction through to completion
- Keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process
- Supervising and supporting your own legal assistant or secretary
- Maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
- Actively contributing to the firm’s success and upholding its strong professional image
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or someone with extensive residential property law/conveyancing experience
- Experience handling a diverse range of conveyancing files, including sales/purchase, freehold, leasehold, etc.
- A strong grasp of all stages within a conveyancing casefile, from onboarding, through sale/purchase, to post completion
- Excellent communication, case management and organisational skills
- Someone who can manage pressure, meet deadlines, and work well as part of a team
