An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CITMA-qualified Trademark Paralegal to join a highly respected intellectual property law firm in London. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of two days in the office and three days working remotely. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s trademark attorneys, handling a broad range of trademark-related matters across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing trademark portfolios, including UK, EU, and international filings
  • Preparing, filing, and prosecuting trademark applications
  • Conducting clearance searches and drafting reports
  • Handling trademark renewals, assignments, and oppositions
  • Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with official requirements
  • Liaising with clients, attorneys, and international agents
  • Assisting with contentious trademark matters, including oppositions and cancellations
