This is a pivotal role where you will support and enhance the overall performance, development, and effectiveness of schools across your region. You will play a strategic part in driving improvements in education standards, outcomes, and provisions for all students, as well as ensuring the delivery of operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support school improvement strategies to achieve outstanding educational outcomes.
- Drive the growth and development of new schools and services in alignment with organisational strategic priorities.
- Set challenging targets and monitor performance to ensure the highest standards of education.
- Deliver successful change management projects across a diverse and dynamic organisation.
- Lead and collaborate with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee strategic planning and financial management across multiple schools and regions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- NPQH or Equivalent Leadership Qualification – Desirable
- Proven track record of delivering commercial and quality KPIs and implementing successful change management projects at scale.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director, Headteacher) within a specialist education setting.
- Expertise in managing educational projects, strategic operations, and budgets across multiple schools or regions.
