Zoho Platform Specialist Full-time, Hybrid role (office based 3 days a week) Office base in Quedgeley, Gloucester You will be joining a fast paced, multi award-winning, market leading Educational Technology Company based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Zoho Platform Specialist to manage, customise and enhance our use of the Zoho suite of applications. The successful candidate will work across our Teams to improve operational efficiency, automate business processes and provide technical support and training. Configure, customise and manage the full suite of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Creator, Books, Desk, Subscriptions, Marketing Automation, Campaigns and Flow as well as any others Create custom dashboards, reports and analytics to support data-driven decisions across Teams Ensure system data integrity, consistency and security across all Zoho platforms Deliver user training, onboarding and documentation to ensure successful adoption of Zoho tools Experience building custom applications in Zoho Creator Avantis Education provides a fun, exciting work culture that thrives on self-starters and individuals that can help shape and grow our future.
