We’re seeking a Performance Analyst to support our client's internal performance team by tracking data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that help employees optimize their focus, resilience, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and report on trading and psychometric performance data

  • Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports

Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Sports Psychology, or related field
