The candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring that our human resources operations run smoothly and efficiently. We’re a close-knit, family-run business looking for an experienced and hands-on HR professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As our company continues to grow and evolve — with increasing demands in the Accounts department and team changes — we’re looking for someone who can bring solid HR expertise while also fitting into our unique and people-first way of working.
- Oversee the recruitment process including job offers, onboarding, and contracting.
- Maintain and update holiday and absence records (“Who’s Off” system).
- Provide advice and support on maternity processes and policies.
- Assist with the administration of monthly Electric Car Scheme invoices.
- Ensure policy documents are up to date and in line with legal requirements.
- Provide general HR support across the business.
- Be a point of contact for both team members and leadership for HR queries.
