Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, guiding them in best practices and delivering high-quality code.
- Collaborate closely with architects and other developers to design robust and scalable architectures for new and existing projects.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Work with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously push for innovation and improvements within the team.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
- Experience with server-side frameworks like Express.js, Nest.js, or Hapi.js.
- Experience with TypeScript and modern development tools.
- Knowledge of Cloud-Native development and serverless architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in Test Driven or Behaviour Driven Development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Contentful.
- Experience in mobile app development using React Native.
- Knowledge of UI component libraries like Material UI, Figma, and Storybook.
- Experience with microservices architecture and API development (REST, GraphQL).
- Experience working with NoSQL or SQL databases (MongoDB, Postgres).
