Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Senior Manager - Regulatory Compliance Advisory to work for a leading financial services company based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with the Investment Management functions, across all asset classes, and be responsible for delivering timely and high-quality compliance and regulatory advice to all stakeholders.
- Keep up to date on emerging regulatory rules and announcements and make recommendations.
- Communicate relevant information to respective stakeholders and management forums.
- Respond to client issues and regulatory inquiries.
- Proactively engage with the Regulatory Reporting teams to provide timely and high-quality compliance advice.
- Keep informed of internal developments which impact regulatory requirements e.g. fund structures, new products.
- Anticipate potential conflict and the need for change, before these negatively impact delivery.
- Escalate any new conflict of interests associated with a business change and report to the Head of Group conflicts.
- Play an active role in educating stakeholders, in order to drive sustainable improvements in compliance culture.
