Fire Prevention Sprinklers Ltd specialise in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Residential Fire Sprinklers and Suppression Systems throughout the UK. With extensive experience in the industry, we provide smooth and professional installation of fire prevention systems to the highest standards.
Due to our continued success and increased order book, we are seeking to immediately recruit experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitters to join our dynamic team. The position involves working across the central belt of Scotland, with our main office based in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities- Installation of Residential Sprinkler Systems in CPVC Pipework
- Installing and commissioning BS9251 regulated sprinkler systems
- Installing all sprinkler heads and cover plates
- Interpreting and working from schematics to assemble various components accurately
- Marking out pipework routes
- Bracketing and pressure testing
- Reporting to the Works Manager
- Working on specific sites until project completion
- Ensuring all fittings are plumb and secure
- Essential:
- Desired 3 years sprinkler installation/pipe-fitting experience
- CSCS Card
- Full UK driving licence
- Construction site experience
- Familiar with reading and understanding drawings, plans, specifications and contracts
- Experience using power tools and hand tools effectively
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong initiative
- Good communication skills
- Team player with 'can do' attitude

- Reliable and trustworthy
