This is a full-time position based out of the Glasgow office. The company works in all development areas and is well-known and regarded across the UK. This team focuses on the energy sector, and the successful Town Planner can expect to work with clients such as major energy utility providers, network providers, private generators, and waste companies. Responsibilities include site search and evaluation, environmental impact assessments, planning, Development Consent Order (DCO) and Electricity Act applications, Section 106 negotiations, planning appeals, and due diligence. Candidates should hold appropriate qualifications (planning or EIA), MRTPI status, and relevant energy experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and a desire for progression are important. A valid driving license and access to a car are required.
