An exciting insurance business is expanding their Technology function and as a result are seeking an interim Head of Product. This is a newly created role, reporting to the CIO and will be responsible for helping shape the digital strategy for the business. Objectives of the team will be focused on the build of a new insurance offering.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a product capability as well as working with the senior leadership team to address the company strategy and support with the required technology and change deliveries. This role would suit someone either working in a product role now or in a Senior Business Analyst position and wanting to make a step up. This is a City of London based role with a requirement to travel to the office 3 days per week. In addition, there may be some limited travel.
Experience Sought:- Previous experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or Financial Services
- Agile experience (SAFe or similar)
- Experience of using policy administration platforms, ERPs, and CRMs would be beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to face off to and present to daily
