An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior / Associate Solicitor or Junior Partner to join the Corporate Commercial Team at a leading Northamptonshire law firm. Recognised by the Legal 500, Lexcel Accredited, and a winner of numerous awards, this firm houses the largest commercial law team in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Mergers, Acquisitions & Disposals
- Succession Planning
- Employee Share Schemes (EMIs, EBTs, EOTs)
- Restructuring and Demergers
- Finance Documents
- Governance Documents (Shareholders Agreements, Articles of Association, Partnership Agreements)
- Commercial Contracts
- Franchising
- Drafting, advising, negotiating, and deal-making
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years PQE with a broad range of corporate and commercial experience.
- Strong entrepreneurial instincts and an understanding of corporate clients' commercial and legal needs.
- Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other advisers.
- A well-connected professional adept at networking and business development.
- Excellent communication skills: persuasive, articulate, and personable with a good sense of humour.
