Discovered has partnered with a multi-billion dollar luxury retail conglomerate seeking a Chief Operations Officer in sunny tax-free Dubai.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational strategy, enhance organizational efficiency, and support business growth.

As a key executive leader, you will streamline operations, drive performance, and align business plans with the company’s long-term vision.

In this role you will oversee and enhance the effectiveness of Leasing & Asset Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, Store Development & Design, Risk Management & Compliance, Retail Operations, Retail Technology, Project Management Office (PMO), and Digital Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute multi-year and annual business strategies.
• Optimize processes, systems, and operational controls to drive efficiency and growth.
• Lead business transformation initiatives and special projects aligned with Board directives.
• Oversee performance management frameworks to achieve corporate objectives.
• Enhance profitability through operational improvements and strategic alignment with business goals.

Ideal Candidate

• Senior leadership experience, preferably as a COO or in a similar operational role in the Fashion industry
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence.
