Our client is a large independent accountancy firm seeking an Advisory Tax Specialist for a Mixed Tax role working directly with partners on a diverse range of work for HNW individuals, owner-managers, and their businesses.

The ideal candidate will likely be at Manager level or above and hold relevant professional qualifications such as CTA, ACA, ICAS, or be a former Inspector of Taxes.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing the work of more junior staff
  • Advising clients on IHT and CGT
  • Providing comprehensive advice to HNW individuals and families
  • Tax structuring and due diligence around business lifecycle events such as sales, MBOs, and joint ventures
