You will be the firm’s technical cornerstone for restructuring compliance across the UK, defining standards, leading on regulation, and driving strategy at the highest level.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain national restructuring templates, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Lead regulatory inspections and manage post-inspection actions
- Interpret regulatory change, ensuring firmwide technical policies stay ahead
