About the Role
As Technical Restructuring & Compliance Senior Manager, you will be the technical cornerstone for restructuring compliance across the UK. You’ll shape frameworks, lead national training, and set standards while being fast-tracked into a leadership role.
You will:
- Develop and maintain national templates, procedures, and technical standards.
- Lead regulatory inspection preparation and post-inspection actions.
- Monitor and respond to regulatory change, updating firmwide policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver strategic internal and external training.
- Represent the technical function in senior decision-making forums.
Who We’re Looking For
- Solicitors with strong restructuring expertise, passionate about technical leadership and knowledge development.
