To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Current or recent experience within a Conveyancing role
- Confident with handling your own caseload of conveyancing transactions
- Solid understanding of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Confidence to support other team members
- A natural desire to drive the department to the next level
- Excellent IT Skills to use Case Management Systems
