Overseeing comprehensive security management and ensuring rigorous H&S compliance across all office locations in the UK, EU, and Singapore. This position requires close collaboration with local site teams to implement and maintain consistent security practices, manage risk, and uphold safety standards. The role demands an onsite presence at least 4 days per week to ensure effective oversight and timely response to incidents or operational needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop, implement, and oversee physical security policies, standards, and procedures across all UK, EU, and Singapore office locations, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and visitor management systems, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability across all sites.
- Regularly conduct comprehensive risk assessments and security audits at each site to proactively identify vulnerabilities, recommend corrective actions, and implement improvements in collaboration with local site management.
- Lead the response to security incidents across all locations, ensuring timely investigation, documentation, escalation, and implementation of corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external security providers, managing service level agreements (SLAs), contract negotiations, and ensuring consistent service quality across all locations.
