We’re looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our busy Huddersfield depot. What You\’ll Be Doing * Welcoming customers at the trade counter and assisting with enquiries. * Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently and professionally. * Negotiating hire rates, deposits, transport costs, and resolving damage disputes. * Offering advice, solving problems, and building long-term customer relationships. * Processing hire orders via our internal system – including contracts, transport notes, damage charges, and workshop job sheets. * Monitoring stock levels and coordinating equipment transfers between depots. * Planning driver schedules for timely deliveries and collections.
