Designing, building, and enhancing innovative internal applications that streamline and support global business operations Driving continuous improvement through system analysis, performance optimisation, and functionality upgrades Ensuring smooth deployment, testing, and maintenance of software products Providing expert-level technical support and user training across the business Promoting best practices in software development and contributing to a high-performance IT team culture 3+ years’ experience in software development, ideally using Java, C# (.NET), and SQL Server ~ Proficiency with Microsoft development tools like Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio ~ Solid understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycles, and enterprise application integration ~ Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP systems (e.g., Exposure to BI tools like Cognos or document management systems Experience with EDI projects or Progress SQL Core Development: C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Java, SQL (T-SQL) Frontend: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular Bonus Skills: XML/XSLT, PHP, API development, Web Services, Unix/Linux environments, ODBC Highly organised and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision Passionate about quality, performance, and continuous improvement Work on high-impact projects that span multiple regions Enjoy a competitive salary, generous benefits package, and opportunities for international travel and progression
