What the day will look like:

  • Supporting a Treaty Reinsurance team focussed on the Caribbean region, successful candidates will carry out a variety of roles such as:
  • Preparation of documentation for clients and reinsurers using MS Office tools (as well as in house systems) renewal of policy documents, submissions and advice on policy changes.
  • Analyses client specific risk exposure and details coverage requirements.
  • Prepares and presents marketing proposals for renewals and new business.
  • Negotiates with underwriters to establish the best terms and conditions with respect to premiums and coverage.
  • Establishes contacts and cultivates relationships within the underwriting community to achieve the best rates and coverage for Aon Clients.
  • Corresponding with clients and reinsurers and team members Internationally via telephone and email to discuss reinsurance placements.
  • Liaise with client services, claims and analytics departments to assist with client or reinsurer issues.
  • Run reports using in house systems.
  • Performing other related duties as required.
