What you’ll be doing:
- Lead on all aspects of Risk Management across ICS Dreadnought Programme and act as a key interface between ICS DN Risk team and Dreadnought PMO.
- Support Programme Delivery by ensuring appropriate focus on successful, timely Risk Mitigation and the continual pursuit of Opportunity Realisation.
- Generate, maintain and present Management Information and summaries relating to project Risk & Opportunities.
- Consolidate expert information from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to programme leadership.
- Schedule Risk Analysis and what if Schedule scenarios to inform Programme Decision making.
- Lead a small Risk team and provide full Line Management support.

Essential:
- Significant Experience in Risk Management within a complex Programme Environment.
- Experience of Data Analysis and ability to summarise key aspects to Stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships and networks to work collaboratively.
- Solid Stakeholder Management skills at senior level.
- Demonstrable leadership experience with experience in managing a small team.
Desirable:
- Schedule Risk Analysis experience.
- Recognised Project Management qualification, e.g. Prince2, APM.

The ICS Dreadnought PMO Team:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the ICS Dreadnought Programme Management Office, where you will act as primary interface between the PMO, Delivery teams, Risk & Opportunity at programme level and Risk Leads for other parts of the programme. Here your ability to lead, collaborate, summarise and distil information into key facts will play a significant role in delivering the programme. This role will offer great personal development and the opportunity to build a lasting career with BAE Systems.
