Everyone rolls up their sleeves to get things done, making it an exciting and collaborative place to work.
Responsibilities:

- Champion the voice of the customer – evolving how we gather and use feedback to drive stronger experiences and better outcomes.

- Empathetic and people-smart – Understands how research can land with different audiences, from survey participants to stakeholders.
- Analytical to the core – Comfortable getting into the weeds of data and methodology, but always focused on pulling out the insight that really matters.
- Proven research expert – Brings deep experience across methodologies like drivers analysis, SEM, expectancy theory, conjoint, Gabor-Granger, max diff and TURF.
- Supportive team leader – Has managed direct reports and knows how to build capability in others.
