Role Overview: The Client Coordinator will have responsibility for managing their own client caseload, liaising with the customer, client and engineers daily, to ensure work is being carried out in accordance with the contract requirement.

- Receive and respond to telephone/email queries from clients, residents, engineers & colleagues
- Liaise and cooperate with the team to ensure all processes and procedures are followed
