This role is a unique opportunity to drive business efficiency, manage regulatory adherence, and support front-office operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the connector between global and local Markets teams, sharing best practices. Support the Markets Country Head in running Business Risk Forums (BRFs). Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to local regulations. Oversee business continuity planning, capacity management, and licensing. Drive a prudent cost culture, managing budgeting and forecasting. Continuously streamline and optimize processes to enhance efficiency. Skills Skills and Qualifications Knowledge of Financial Markets products. Analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluent English required.
