An independent SME are looking for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol based office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused Associate Building Surveyor to take ownership of a wide-ranging portfolio across the built environment. The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, education, and heritage properties. Day-to-day, the Associate Building Surveyor will conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and technical due diligence reports. They will provide expert advice on defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and remedial strategies, as well as deliver core professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments.
