Broker Operations Product Specialist

Broker Operations Product Specialist will manage the department related third party products, offer support to the Broker Operations team. The person will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth provision of the service and support to the clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the 24-hour functionality of MT4/MT5 and the bridge.
• Manage all operational product-related projects.
• Assist the Head of Broker Operations in providing support and training to the team.
• Manage, prioritise, escalate issues with other departments to prevent future inefficiencies.
• Actively manage MT4/MT5 and the bridge for any new requirements, acting as an administrator for the business.
• Collaborate closely with the Treasury, Risk, Onboarding and Compliance departments to resolve issues and improve common processes and procedures.
• Ensure all databases are up-to-date and client information is accurate.
• Provide ongoing technical support for all LMAX API protocols, including FIX, Java API, REST API and .NET API.
• Oversee FIX integration and technical onboarding for clients.

Requirements:

• Experience with MT4 or MT5 is preferred.
• Previous experience with multiple bridge providers/plugins.
• Project or product management experience.
• Prior experience in managing incidents.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels.
• Reliable and willing to work antisocial hours to meet client requirements, solve their problems and encourage future business.
