We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Site Manager to join Lovell’s North East region and be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities for a number of New Build developments within the region. Reporting to the Build Manager and working closely with a wider delivery team, you will manage the trade operatives in line with company policies to deliver a first-class quality product.
You will manage the operational service delivery and productivity within the agreed budget, objectives, and targets with a goal to achieve customer satisfaction. An experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing a workload across small and medium new build housing sites, you will have knowledge of road and sewer construction and an understanding of structural principles.
You will have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and building legislation, especially NHBC requirements, with experience of working within a trade background. Above all, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, an understanding of good customer service skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
