The Role
My client is now looking to hire 5 Business Development Executives to join their expanding remote team and support their newly appointed manager. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the UK, offering flexibility, growth, and strong commission potential. You will be working in the commercial insurance space, engaging with both warm leads and existing clients across a varied portfolio of corporate and commercial policies as well. You’ll play a key role in helping them scale, build relationships, and close deals in a well-supported and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new business opportunities within commercial insurance
- Follow up on warm leads provided
- Build and manage strong client relationships across the UK
- Conduct meetings virtually or in-person, as needed
- Collaborate closely with the manager and wider team to hit sales goals
- Accurately track activity and performance using company-provided systems

- Basic Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 DOE
- Commission: 30% commission on all business brought in over £3,000 per month
