My client is seeking a highly organised and personable Receptionist in the Ipswich area. The successful candidate will be the face of the company and ensure the smooth operation of their front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors warmly and professionally, managing incoming calls, and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
You will maintain a welcoming environment for guests and employees, ensuring all front-of-house tasks are completed efficiently. Your role also includes coordinating meeting room bookings, handling visitor badges, and supporting security protocols.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Commercial/Corporate experience is essential.
