Are you in a Junior Paraplanner position and looking for the next step in your financial planning career? Recruit UK is working on a Paraplanner position with a progressive and forward-thinking wealth management firm based in Bath. They are looking for individuals with no less than 2 years’ experience. It would be desirable if you also have a background in an independent advice firm with a broad range of product knowledge.

This firm is a growing financial services firm that offers wealth management, mortgages, and employee benefits, and they are looking for a Junior Paraplanner to join the team. This firm has invested heavily in its working culture and environment, offering a long list of well-being-focused benefits in the interest of their employees.

Day-to-day duties would include:

  • Conducting research, and analysis of products and funds
  • Complete cashflow forecasts and financial plans
  • Preparing fund switch, client letters, and illustrations
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties
  • Assist Paraplanners and Financial Advisers

Requirements:

  • Ideally Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, or working towards
  • Sound technical understanding of financial planning
  • Previous experience with conducting research and report writing
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
