As a Client Partner, you will serve as a key partner to our customers and the CS Team, offering strategic guidance and expertise to address client challenges and ensure our solutions align with their business goals. This is a high-impact role in the fast-paced and rapidly evolving ad tech industry, where you will have the opportunity to work with leading clients across top holding companies and independent agencies. You will be responsible for driving success through consultative conversations with clients, showcasing the value of our products and services. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, relatable way, combined with your deep understanding of the advertising technology landscape, will be crucial in developing lasting client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation and Strategy: Serve as the primary strategic and lead resource during the pre-sales and sales process, closely collaborating with the sales team to understand and address client needs and objectives.
- Advertiser Renewals: Lead internal and external communications between client and planning team. Owner of media plan and PowerPoint in partnership with SST and input from sales for alignment. Streamline RFP process by identifying and recommending the strongest recommendation based on past campaign experience.
- Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of our solutions, tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand the technical requirements of clients and propose customized solutions that directly align with their business goals.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with internal teams—including CS, Ops Feasibility, Product, Marketing, & Operations—to ensure that we’re delivering solutions that meet client needs and comply with our best practices.
- Communication and Training: Simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders and provide training and support to the AM team, enhancing their understanding of our best practices, sharing learnings, and boosting overall effectiveness.
- Industry Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to contribute valuable insights that inform and educate our customers and roadmap.
What You Bring to the Party:
- 5+ years as an Account Manager or Client Lead at a digital agency or AdTech company.
- Experience managing day-to-day activities and growth of two AMs.
- Experience with social media, particularly with YouTube and CTV.
- Assertive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with a keen ability to distill data into clear and actionable takeaways.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with superior customer support skills managing Tier 1 brands.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, particularly influencing and listening.
- Confident and articulate presenter.
