We are seeking an experienced, product-minded AI Engineer who will work with customers to solve their most complex problems using expertise in generative AI and machine learning. As one of the founding AI Engineers, you will set the foundations of how we will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven workflows for industrial applications. This role requires a strong technical background in AI approaches and prior experience in delivering AI solutions in production, at scale.

A keen ability to rapidly prototype and iterate AI solutions in collaboration with customers and use case leads is a must. You will be responsible for applying generative AI techniques, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems to solve real-world industrial challenges. This role demands a high level of creativity in developing new AI-driven use cases, rapid prototyping capabilities, and the ability to work closely with enterprise customers to refine solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers, domain experts, and use case leads to identify pain points, define AI-driven solutions, and iteratively prototype use cases.
• Rapidly build proof-of-concept (PoC) AI solutions and evaluate their impact in real-world industrial workflows before scaling them into production.
• Apply generative AI models, including LLMs to create AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous execution.
• Integrate AI-driven decision-making into existing industrial systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), and enterprise platforms.
• Develop scalable AI pipelines and architectures to deploy, monitor, and continuously improve intelligent automation systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven autonomous agents tailored for industrial applications, implement agentic AI applications that enable task completion in industrial settings.
• Conduct testing, validation, and optimization of AI models to ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
• Stay ahead of the latest advancements in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems to drive innovation within the company.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Data Science.
• Thought leader and expert in applied Generative AI, as proven by technical talk(s) delivered at industry conferences focused on Generative AI.
• Proven experience in closely collaborating with leading AI frontier labs, specifically OpenAI, to leverage the latest capabilities of the models.
• Experience in building and deploying gen AI applications at scale, in production, in enterprise settings.
• Expertise in prompt engineering best practices, demonstrated through successfully rolled out solutions.
• Must have experience in integrating enterprise wide knowledge into AI assistants to optimal results and impact.
• Proven ROI of prior generative AI products and applications is a must.
• Proficiency in frameworks including LangChain for AI applications.
• Programming skills in Python, with experience in AI-driven automation and API integration.
• Experience working directly with customers, business stakeholders, and domain experts to co-develop AI solutions.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven workflows, ensuring solutions are both technically robust and aligned with business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, innovation mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental work environment.
