Location: Flexible, homeworking or based out of one of our offices, with regular attendance for meetings in London expected.
Salary: £81,206 - £87,790 per annum (depending on location)/ full or part-time/ permanent.

We are looking for a Head of Membership and Supporter Growth to join our team. You’ll work on a permanent basis, the role will be full time but we are open to discussions around flexible working.

This is a great opportunity for someone with substantial sales and marketing experience within a membership or loyalty organisation. As Head of Membership and Supporter Growth, you will develop a robust and effective on and off-site membership plan, including product, price, positioning and staff training and engagement, ensuring that it is informed by insight and analysis and that delivery considers the operational needs of sites. You will lead the development of the offsite and onsite membership acquisition plan, ensuring that conversion, ROI and CPA targets are met. Ensure that creative and communications reflect our brand and cause and support the charity objectives of broadening audiences as well as growing income.
Minimum Requirements:
- A strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques to drive membership acquisition
- Proven evidence of having worked to and delivered against challenging income targets
- Significant management experience, including experience in the development and delivery of training, mentoring and support to improve the performance of individuals and teams
- Experience as a senior leader with a track record of leading large complex teams to deliver outstanding results
- A strong understanding of brand and cause marketing and how this can be leveraged to drive membership loyalty and propensity for increased income earning opportunities from our members and loyal supporters.
