A global Tech Company requires a Contract hands-on Technical OneTrust SME to support the design, configuration, and integration of OneTrust's Data Privacy Management suite, particularly focused on DSAR automation, API-based integrations, and data redaction workflows.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OneTrust configuration and a proven track record implementing technical workflows that connect tools like Gmail, Slack, and internal data sources via APIs.
Day Rate: £400-£500pd IR35 Status: Outside Duration: 6 months initially Travel: Hybrid (couple of days a month in C. London)
This OneTrust SME will have the following previous experience:
- Design, implement, and optimise DSAR automation workflows within OneTrust, leveraging built-in features and custom scripts
- Set up API integrations between OneTrust and third-party systems such as Slack, Gmail, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or internal databases
- Create automated logic and actions (e.g., task routing, notifications, escalations) based on DSAR life cycle stages
- Configure data redaction rules, logic, and tools for structured and unstructured data before fulfilment of data subject requests
- Troubleshoot issues related to OneTrust platform performance or integration failures
- Understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how they influence workflow configurations
