What you’ll do

  • Lead development and delivery of the Employee Listening Strategy and culture and engagement initiatives, to deliver an impactful employee experience and drive our strategy.
  • Lead the development and delivery of our Employee Listening Strategy.
  • Develop narrative and insights aligned to our transformation and business strategy that measures progress and informs actions.
  • Connect listening insights to relevant and timely action taking for individuals, teams and the organisation.
  • Enable the measurement and change methodology that measures core metrics (e.g. Engagement, Leadership Impact, Spirit of Vodafone behaviours) to identify the gaps and suggesting actions and outcomes to address gaps.
  • Inform and guide the product roadmap for listening partners to maximise our listening programme and our return on investment.
  • Collaborate across the business to create, drive and implement culture and engagement initiatives which help deliver the Spirit of Vodafone so employees can be empowered to do their best work.

Who you are

  • Strong leadership, collaboration and team work skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience leading on employee listening, employee engagement and behavioural development through people processes to support culture change.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to use data to tell a story.
  • Excellent written communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a global setting.
  • Comfortable leading innovation, experimentation and applying learnings to programme development and implementation.

  • Yearly bonus: 10%
  • Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year

  • Maternity leave: 52 weeks: the first 13 weeks are fully paid, followed by 26 weeks of half pay
