Are you ready to take your next step in care leadership? We’re supporting a forward-thinking provider in the North West looking for passionate, hands-on Team Leaders to step into a role that offers more than just a title—it offers real impact.

You’ll be leading small residential and supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism, some of whom may present behaviours that challenge. You’ll play a vital part in shaping day-to-day care delivery and in empowering your team to make every day count.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of your service to ensure a safe, effective and person-centred environment
  • Lead, mentor and support a team of care staff, including supervision, appraisals, and training
  • Deliver hands-on care and lead by example, stepping in as needed during busy or challenging times
  • Write, review and implement person-centred care plans
  • Promote engagement and social inclusion through meaningful daily activities
  • Oversee record-keeping and ensure regulatory and internal compliance
  • Represent the service in multidisciplinary meetings and advocate for individuals you support
  • Take part in service audits and drive continuous quality improvement
Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a care setting (Supported Living, Residential, or Domiciliary)
  • Minimum 1 year in a senior or leadership capacity
  • Experience working within a PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) model is highly desirable
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Calm under pressure, flexible, and proactive in your approach
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • Willingness to work across various services in Manchester and Rochdale
