We are seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Marylebone, London. You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the Housekeeping team to maintain excellence in guest rooms and public areas.
- Oversee cleanliness, SOP adherence, and LQA standards.
- Manage staff rosters, payroll, and inventory control.
- Ensure linen, uniforms, and laundry operations run smoothly.
- Assist in room and public area redecorations.
- Support training, performance management, and departmental budgets.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within luxury housekeeping.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for service.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and relevant regulations.
