Our client is a leading online retailer with a strong focus on sustainable & ethical products. They are looking for an analytical-minded Junior Ecommerce Manager to join the team.

As the Junior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for all web & app content while focusing on the optimisation of customer experience to maximise sales and customer loyalty. You will:

  • Manage all product listings & new launches to maximise sales
  • Analyse and optimise product displays across online & app platforms
  • Own both planned & seasonal content across various web & app platforms
  • Develop & execute a continuous testing plan to contribute to UI & UX development and optimisation
  • Own the reporting function, turning data into actionable insights
  • Use all available Ecom tools to deliver a world-class and personalised journey to customers

You will ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in a digital or Ecommerce role
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for detail
  • A good understanding of various digital, Ecom and content management tools
  • An understanding of Google Analytics (Beneficial)
  • Your passion for sustainability & driving positive social & environmental impact
