The United Kingdom & Ireland (UKI) Consumer Growth team is responsible for designing and executing the demand growth strategy across all UKI markets. Our projects include go-to-market planning, campaign development, and cross-functional coordination, all underpinned by rigorous data analysis, critical thinking, and strong executive engagement. If you’re a proactive self-starter with exceptional analytical capabilities, strategic vision, and a passion for driving high-impact initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders, this is the team for you.
What You’ll Do
- As the owner of Trade Marketing, you will own the development and execution of cultural and seasonal moment-led initiatives that connect consumers, merchants, and our brand across the UK & Ireland.
- You’ll identify key moments—ranging from major sporting events to heritage celebrations—and translate them into integrated campaigns that drive Eater engagement and deliver commercial impact for our merchant partners.
- This highly cross-functional role requires strong collaboration with Brand Marketing, CRM, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Develop a trade marketing calendar aligned to consumer trends and business priorities, and lead the end-to-end development of merchant-facing campaigns and toolkits that activate moments.
- You’ll bring creativity, analytical rigor, and commercial acumen, ensuring campaigns are insight-led, performance-driven, and scalable across the platform.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for long-term restaurant and consumer value. You’ll also provide campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations to UKI and Regional leadership.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in trade/GTM marketing, growth, commercial strategy, or consumer-facing operations.
- In-depth knowledge of go-to-market planning, campaign development, and post-campaign analysis.
- Deep understanding of cultural trends and consumer behaviour.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with experience using tools like SQL, Google Sheets, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to craft compelling value propositions for partners.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly across marketing, sales, and operations.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, work with us, and let’s move the world forward, together.
