We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing and Content Executive to join our passionate marketing team. With a focus on raising the profile of the pub estate, you will be passionate about creating engaging content to drive action. Spanning email, website, and social media, you’ll play a key role in making sure our marketing plans are executed across digital touchpoints. Working with our social champions, pub marketing team, and brand team, you will ensure there’s a synchronized content plan with a consistent style and tone of voice. Monitoring web traffic, open rates, and general online performance, you’ll work closely with our digital agencies to maximize outputs against spend. You’ll have impeccable writing skills, a passion for storytelling, and an ability to blend commercial sense with digital rigor to engage guests, drive footfall, and grow loyalty.
About You:
- Has impeccable writing skills and a love for storytelling
- Is analytical and detail-oriented, with experience using Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and performance tracking tools
- Understands SEO and content best practices
- Has strong experience with CRM platforms (Airship experience a plus)
- Can balance creativity with commercial focus
- Has experience in hospitality, food & drink, or similar consumer-focused sectors
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
- Has at least 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or copywriting role
