Hours: 37 per week, open to flexible working patterns and hours.

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to provide PA and technical support to the Director - Governance/ Monitoring Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to take on a key support role within a directorate that is involved in many of the strategic projects in the organisation and at the same time develop skills in new areas.

The Experience you will bring:

  • You will need experience of working as a Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A good knowledge of word processing packages, spreadsheets, internet, email, and diary systems etc. are essential.
  • While an awareness of working within a legal or regulatory environment is desirable, it's not essential; your willingness and motivation are key.
