Our client based in Woking are seeking a motivated, hard working and focused Operations Manager to join their team. The purpose of this role is to manage the daily operations of the business.

Key responsibilities of the position:
- Developing the business strategy and annual business plans
- Implementing business plans to achieve business goals
- Taking full responsibility for daily running of the business
- Having control of HR and recruitment
- Managing the pipeline in accordance with company objectives
- Providing regular reporting on the business performance
- Carrying out team and management meetings
- Making sure individual and team performance is consistent and effective
- Carrying out performance management, annual appraisals and objective setting
- Making sure the business is compliant
