Work closely with customers to complete factory acceptance testing (FATs). Serve as a field support technician on and offshore. Ensure a safe working environment as well as maintaining and servicing the integration test areas and equipment used. Interface with the engineering department on test specifications and procedures noting any deviations or discrepancies. Assist product support when required with faults or problems occurring off site, carrying out any in house testing or fault finding required. Be an active part of the on-call out-of-hours technical support rota once experienced to a suitable level.
