What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

1. Experienced Recruiters: Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in recruitment, whether in contract, business development, management, or permanent placements.
2. Ambitious & Driven: Motivated individuals eager to succeed and maximize earnings.
3. Adaptable & Flexible: Able to work independently, manage priorities, and work across time zones.
4. Team Players: Strong communicators who thrive in a collaborative environment.
5. Engineering Sector Knowledge: Experience in engineering recruitment is an advantage, but not required.
