The Customer Service Centre (CSC) provides centralised contact for customer enquiries across a wide range of council services via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face. Our vision is to provide excellence in customer experience to the residents and visitors of Oxfordshire.
About the Role
As the Blue Badge Assessor in the contact centre, you will work closely with the Blue Badge Team to support disabled residents in their Blue Badge application. The role requires you to facilitate face to face clinics across Oxfordshire to assess Blue Badge applicants’ mobility against the Department for Transport Blue Badge criteria. You will also lead on internal Blue Badge workshops where you will support and develop the wider Blue Badge Team on their understanding and decision making. This role is fast-paced, dynamic, but very rewarding.
